Our Employee Culture

We are a clinician-owned practice with a vision of creating support and accountability while never wavering on employee independence and flexibility. We are a home-based work environment, so our team members get to make their own schedules, work independently, schedule collaborative clinical sessions, and also get the benefit of ongoing virtual staff meetings, clinical education, annual team events and more.
Employee satisfaction is one of our top priorities. ECA offers highly competitive compensation packages, however our goal is that there is fulfillment and exchange in a multitude of ways inclusive of continued learning, an independent work environment, overall fulfillment, and a professional growth trajectory.
We believe in an open-door policy with leadership and seek out feedback in ways that can optimize the overall impact we can have both internally and externally. Our ideal candidates are able to tailor their approach to meet the parents' requirements and incorporate simple, family-friendly therapy into the child's everyday routines, emphasizing every gradient of growth the child and family make on a regular basis.

Our roles are a fit for clinicians who want early intervention to be their primary practice, not a side caseload.
